The Lone Peak Playhouse: Located in The Snowcrest Lodge in the Base area of Big Sky Resort Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, 7 days a week in the winter Ages: 6 months to 8 years old can be combined with a "Small Fry Try" or "Half Day" ski/snowboard lesson for your child as well.

Canyon Adventures offers Guided or Unguided Tours with 20+ miles of groomed snowmobile trails.

The sleigh ride dinner at Lone Mountain Ranch has become legendary. Popular to both locals and travelers from far and wide, it is a magical experience for the entire family. Guests load up in a horse drawn sleigh and are taken on an enjoyable ride to an oil-lantern-lit cabin for a family-style prime rib dinner. It will be a dinner experience your family will never forget. Available December through March.

A unique experience, including a snowcat ride, dinner, live music, sledding and a bonfire. Dinner served nightly all winter. Meets at 6:30 in the Carabiner in the Summit hotel at the base of Big Sky. Reservations Required.

Enjoy an afternoon or evening on ice. Big Sky Ice Rink located in the heart of the Big Sky Town Center, offers free ice skating with their outdoor skating rink. Skates are available for rent at Grizzly Outfitters.

Half Day Tours start at 9:30 am and 1:00 pm 7 days a week all winter. All tours begin in Moonlight Basin - only moments from our properties. Reservations recommended!
